1. Town Board to approve the Final Acceptance of infrastructure for the Private Improvement Project in the Sheffer Farms Estates Condominiums Phase 1 Project constructed under PIP # 2020-03 and authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security in the amount of $70,000.

2. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release $5,000 held in escrow under PIP # 2020-05 for installation of Type E property corner monuments for Knoche Farms Estates Subdivision Phase 3 to Knoche Farms LLC.

3. Town Board to approve Change Order #2 to our Contract with Union Concrete Inc. for the Bussendorfer Drainage Improvement Phase 2 Project.

2. Town board to approve the appointment of the part-time 2022 Summer Staff for the Recreation Department.
3. Town Board to authorize advertisement for an Assistant Civil Engineer Position for the Engineering Department.
4. Town Board to authorize advertisement for bids for the Orchard Park Little Loop Football Field Lighting Project and Announcers/Storage Building Projects to be held on June 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the basement meeting room at the Orchard Park Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street.
5. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation SPDES (#NYR20A137) General Permit #GP-0-10-002, for MS4s. Municipal Compliance Certification.
6. Town Board to approve appointment of Anton Hastings to the Engineering Department for Seasonal part-time help for a maximum of twelve weeks.

7. Town Board to authorize an advertisement for bids on a Commercial Grade AV System for the Community Activity Center (rooms #118, #119 and #120) on June 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the basement meeting room at the Orchard Park Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street.

8. Town Board to approve the 2022 Stable Permit for Stable and Hammersmith Farms located at 6243 Benning Road.

9. Town Board to approve the 2022 Stable Permit for Sandybrook Farm & Stable located at 6265 Powers Rd.

10. Town Board to approve the Site Plan and authorize a building permit regarding the property located at 3538 California Road, V/L, located on the southwest corner of California and Milestrip Roads, Zoned I-1.

11. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of SBL #161.00-3-26 V/L Taylor Rd. for June 15, 2022 at 7:00pm to be held in the Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street.
