5. Town Board to award Work Order #5 CIPP Rehabilitation Contract for Sanitary Sewer Mainline Relining to United Survey Inc.

6. Town Board to approve the creation of capital account AB-019 “Orchard Park Maintenance Facility Project” and Authorize the transfer of SLFRF funds to be used for the Orchard Park Maintenance Facility.

7. Town Board to approve the installation of two hydrants by ECWA for the New Buffalo Bills Stadium along Abbott Road and authorize the annual fire hydrant fees paid to the ECWA.

8. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign a MOA with the White Collar Union to move Bill Fulton and Richard Mrugalski, Principal Engineering Assistants from range 0011 step E to range 0012 step E.
