Work Session & Town Board Meeting

The Work Session will begin at 6pm. The Town Board meeting to follow 10 minutes after close of the Work Session

I SUPERVISOR CALL TO ORDER

 Fire Safety Notification: “Fire exits are located at the rear of the board room and at the doorway to the left. If notified, please move in a calm and orderly fashion to the nearest exits”.
 If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics.

II MINUTES Regular Town Board: August 17, 2022

III PUBLIC HEARING

1. Public Hearing regarding the proposed local law amending Chapter 144 Zoning, Section 44, Subsection M, Paragraph 2.

2. Public Hearing regarding the Establishment and Creation of OPDD 2-09 for the Quaker Lake Subdivision.

1. Address correction of Special Use Permit for Smarty Pants Childcare.

2. Amendment of Public Safety Dispatcher appointment.

1. Town Board to approve Special Event Permit for the Buffalo Bills 50 Yard Finish 5K Family Run.

2. Town Board to approve 2022-2023 Commercial Parking Permits.

3. Town Board to appoint Captain Daniel Lagoda as Chairman of the Public Safety Committee for the year 2022.

4. Town Board to appoint Ethan Wood to the position of Part Time Receptionist at the Community Activity Center.

5. Town Board to approve the appointment of the part-time 2022 Fall Staff for the Recreation Department.

6. Town Board to approve a conference for the Building Inspector’s Department.

7. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding an amendment to Chapter 144-22 Yard Regulations for October 19, 2022 at 7:00pm to be held in the Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street.

8. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning Board and Conservation Board:

• 6017 Big Tree Road, located on the south side of Big Tree Road. Mr. Broadway of the “The Broadway Group”, is requesting to construct a 10,640+/-sq.ft. Dollar General Store at this location. (SBL #’s 172.08-4-5 and 172.08-4-4)

• V/L North east corner of Milestrip and Abbott Roads. “Royal Car Wash” is proposing to construct a new carwash facility at this location. (SBL #’s 152.17-1-8 & 152.17-1-9)
