Calspan Development and Construction is requesting to develop a two-phase project to construct two-medical buildings. Requesting Conservation Board review and approval of submitted Landscaping Plan. 2. C.B. File #09-2021, V/L Sterling Park, Windward Road, Zoned I-1. Orchard Park Veterinary Clinic is requesting to construct a 32,000-sq.ft. Veterinary Medical Clinic and a separate Maintenance Building with associated parking and site improvements. Requesting Conservation Board review and approval of submitted Landscaping Plan.
