1. B. File #41-2024, V/L Windward Drive, located on the north side of an approved 45,000 square foot medical office project at 250 Windward Road, Zoned I-1.  Applicant is seeking approval of Landscaping Plan for a planned 83 space parking lot extension.  (SBL # 152.18-2-6)

2. B. File #37-24, 50 Cobham Drive, located on the northwest corner of Cobham Drive and Big Tree Road, Zoned I-1. The Krog Group is seeking Approval of a Landscape Plan for a planned parking expansion of 98 additional parking spaces for a total of approximately 205 parking spaces. (SBL# 161.18-2-4.12)

3. E. File# 30, 7380 Milestrip Road, Located on the north side of Milestrip Road, between Baker Road and Angle Road. Russ Bieler is seeking guidance and feedback on his plan to re-establish his expired Conservation Easement (SBL# 153.19-1-19)
