Description & Duties
The purpose of the Architectural Overlay District is to maintain and enhance the unique character of North Buffalo Road from the Village of Orchard Park north border to Southwestern Boulevard.
The Architectural Overlay District meets on an “as needed” basis. Please check the Town Calendar each month to learn if it is meeting.
The Architectural Overlay District was established on January 7, 2009 (Section 144-75 of the Town Code).
