- If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics.
- Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of decorum regarding Public Meetings.”

- Public Hearing regarding the 2025 Preliminary Budget & Benefit Basis Special District.
- Public Hearing regarding 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
- Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of V/L Lake Ave. from R-3 to I-1.
- Public Hearing regarding a Local Law amending §101 Peddling, Soliciting, Transient Business and Mobile Food Vending.

V OLD BUSINESS
- Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the MOU with the Orchard Park PBA.
- Town Board to approve the final payment and authorize release of retention for Brush Mountain Little Loop Football Electrical Project to IPL.
- Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our contract with TECsmith Inc. for the flow monitoring for Eaglebrook Sanitary Sewers.
- Town Board to approve the final payment and authorize release of retention for the Chestnut Ridge Watermain Replacement Project to 716 Site Contracting.
- Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our contract with Performance Drilling & Installation for the Community Activity Center Generator Gas Line.

VII NEW BUSINESS
1.Town Board to approve the amendments of the Ad Valorem Budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
2. Town Board to approve new Fee for Peddler Permits.
3. Town Board to approve a Stable Permit for Skibbereen Farm.
4. Town Board to approve the Wayland Brewery 5K & the Fattey Turkey Baster Run.
- Town Board to approve the award the professional contract to C&S Companies for Construction Administration Inspections and Special Inspections for the Multi-Use Maintenance Fuel Facility Project.
- Town Board to appoint Eugene Majchrzak, Town Supervisor, as EB0 for Federal Grant Administration as required by NYS DOT.
- Town Board to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a Professional Service Agreement for the Stadium Area Comprehensive Study with LaBella Associates.
8. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning & Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation:
- 10 Cobham Drive, “Mission Systems Orchard Park Inc.”, (previously known as “Carleton Controls”), Zoned I-1, is requesting that the adjacent Vacant Land they own, Zoned R-3, be rezoned to I-1.

- V/L Taylor Road, +/- 3.0 Acres, located on the east side of Taylor Road, north of 4121 Taylor Road, Zoned R-D. Pleasant Acres West LLC is requesting to construct a flex warehouse facility with ingress/egress onto Taylor Road. (SBL#161-19.-2-1)
