4 Town Board to approve the appointment of Claire Ottis to the Senior Center.

 

5 Town board to approve the Supervisor to sign an agreement with Quadient to lease a new Mail Machine including a Service agreement.

11 Town Board to authorize the Transfer of $309.23 from Engineering Equipment account (A01440 50200) to Engineering Travel and Conference account (A01440 50413).

 

12 Town Board to approve the 2024 Commercial Parking Permit applications.

 

13 Town board to refer the following item to the Conservation Board for their review and recommendation:

• 5705 Chestnut Ridge Road, located on the east side of Chestnut Ridge Road, south of Powers Road, Zoned A-1 and R-2. Dale H. Reigle is requesting 29.5 acres be placed into a Perpetual Conservation Easement. (SBL#185.13-1-24.1)
