IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON OLD BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident*
V OLD BUSINESS
1. Town Board to authorize the release of retention and final payment for the Bussendorfer Waterline
Replacement Project to Fairway Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $27,727.41 and Town Clerk to
release Fairway Contracting, Inc’s performance security in the amount of $734,844.00.
2. Town Board to approve the dedication to the relocated watermain to service Birdsong Part 6 and
authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security in the amount of $75,000.00.
3. Town Board to authorize the release of retention and final payment for the Community Activity Center
— Door Openers Project (General Contract) to Imperial Door Controls, Inc. in the amount of
$35,603.00.
4. Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our Contract with C & S Companies for additional
stream bank erosion control and permitting on the Dennis Road Bridge Replacement Project.

VII NEW BUSINESS
1. Town Board to approve Peter Lukasiewicz as part time seasonal help for a maximum of 16 hours
per week.
2. Town Board to approve the appointment of Daniel Lagoda to Patrol Captain (Permanent).
3. Town Board to approve the appointment of Mark Antonio to the position of Police Officer.
4. Town Board to approve the appointment of Michael Lococo to the position of Police Officer.
5. Town Board to approve the appointment of 2024 part time staff for the Recreation Department.
6. Town Board to approve the appointment of John Forness with the Parks and Grounds Department.
7. Town Board to approve members of the Board of Assessment Review (BAR) to select a
chairperson.
8. Town board to oppose efforts to introduce offshore wind turbines in the waters of Lake Erie.
9. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the contract with EBC HR & Payroll Solutions,
Inc.
10. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Lease Agreement with the Erie County Water
Authority.
11. Town Board the Supervisor to sign the Erie County Traffic Signal permit for Lake Avenue and
North Benzing Road and OP HWY Dept. to coordinate with Erie County Department of Public
Works for any and all field requirements on Lake Ave. for the signal 3 phase change.
12. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2024 Parks & Grounds Agreement with the
Orchard Park Soccer Club.
13. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2024 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard
Park Little League Baseball.
14. Town Board to authorize NYSEG to connect one (1) LED decorative light fixture in the Riley
Meadows West Subdivision Phase 4 under PIP #2023-01
.
15. Town Board to approve Public Improvement Permit PIP #2024-01 for 65 & 66 Coventry Lane Sanitary
Sewer Improvement.
16. Town Board to approve the application for the Excavation, Removal and Storage of Materials
Permit # 2024-01 to stockpile/deposit approximately 42,631 Cubic Yards of fill at the Harvest Hill
Golf Course which will be generated from a nearby bridge project on Transit Road.
17. Town Board to approve the Lyme WNY 5K for May 5, 2024.
18. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of “Bend Creek Subdivision”
(SBL #153.17-1-1.1) from B-2, to R-3 Residential.
19. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning & Conservation Boards, for their review and
recommendation of the following request:
– 3310 Southwestern Blvd. Located on the northwest side of Southwestern Blvd., south
of Lake Avenue, Zoned B-1. Brian Gilbride is requesting a parking expansion. (SBL
#152.16-6-1.112)
