1. Town Board to authorize the Town Attorney to proceed with dedication of the public improvements in the Birdsong Part 3B Subdivision under PIP #2021¬02 and authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security in the amount of $205,000.

2. Town Board to approve an extension of time for our contract with Matt Kolo Excavating Company for the Orchard Park Community Center Bocce Ball Court Project.

1. Town Board to approve compensation for Public Safety Dispatcher.

2. Town Board to approve the appointment of James Kuberka to the position of Maintenance and Set-up Attendant.

3. Town Board to approve the issuance of a purchase order for a 2024 Model Year Freightliner 114SD Cab & Chassis.

4. Town Board to approve the issuance of a purchase order for purchase and installation of an Everest 12 Ft Stainless Steel Dump Body and Plow System.

5. Town Board to approve the issuance of a purchase order for a 2023 Model HV607 SBA International Cab & Chassis with a Brush Hawg Grapple loader with a 20 foot dump body.

6. Town Board to approve the Budget Transfer for IT 2023.

7. Town Board to refer the following item to the Planning Board for review and recommendation:
• 3859 Sheldon Road, located on the South Side of Sheldon Road, West of Abbott Road, Zoned R-3 and B-2. Applicant is requesting approval to operate a Short Term Rental at this site. (SBL# 160.12-3-3)
