Sanitary Sewer Repair Permit Inspection Fees

Residential Sewer                   $75.00

Commercial Sewer                  $150.00

The following permits must be obtained prior to sewer construction:

1. Sewer Permit (Erie County Sewer District #3)
2. Right-of-way permit from jurisdictional agency if required

Sanitary Sewer Connection Permit

Town Contract Sewer             $250.00

P.I.P. Sewer                             $250.00

The following permits must be obtained prior to sewer construction:

1. Building Permit
2. Sewer Permit (Erie County Sewer District #3)
3. Right-of-way permit from jurisdictional agency if required

Attention

All construction will be inspected by the Town Inspectors.

All Contractors must notify the Town Engineering Department 24-hours in advance of construction.

Call for notification at 716-662-6425.

 

A bubbler install requires a Right-of-way permit which can be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk at 716-662-6410.  The inspection needed can be obtained by contacting the Highway Department at 716-662-6442.

 

A septic System install can be discussed with the Erie County Health Department at 716-961-6800.
