1. C.B. File #28-08, Johnson Office Building, 4196 South Taylor Road, located on the west side of Taylor Road, north of Route 20A (Big Tree Road), Zoned I-1.  Applicant is requesting approval of a revised Landscaping Plan. (SBL#161.19-2-5.1)

 

2. C.B. File #37-08, Joseph DeMarco, 3964 California Road, located on the west side of   California Road, north of Route 20, Zoned I-1.  Applicant is requesting approval of a revised Landscaping Plan.

 

3. C.B. File #23-12, Sean Hopkins, representing Orchard Heights Care Community, 5200 Chestnut Ridge Road, located on the west side of Chestnut Ridge Road, , south of Ellicott Road and north of Powers Road, 17 +/- Acres, Zoned R-2. (SBL#184.08-1-1.1) Applicant proposes expansion and improvements to the existing site, and will seek Town Board approval for the rezoning of a portion of this property from R-2, to R-3 Senior Residential (SR) designation, and also rezone a portion of the property from R-2, to B-3, to allow a Day Care facility. Conservation Board to review submitted Landscaping Plan for this site
